In order to reserve one of our campers, it is a requirement that you fulfill and understand the following:
You must submit your official booking reservation (a screenshot) FIRST, that you made with the park that was provided to you from the campground (if this is a camping reservation).
- Sign and date all pages of our contract that we send you. You need to send this back to us at the same time with the following:
- A picture of your license while at the same time sending the:
- 25% deposit paid via Venmo. (All payments are accepted via Venmo only)
- The remaining balance and a $250 damage security deposit is due two weeks before your booking. We will be reaching out to you for this and we will go over your reservation with you again at this point in detail. The $250 damage security deposit is returned within 48 hours via Venmo as long as the camper is returned in the same condition it was given to you in.
- You must watch the training video we send you regarding how your camper works. This is a personalized tutorial for the specific camper you are renting on our YouTube page. We will send this private link to you before your booking. You are fully responsible for understanding how the camper operates before your reservation date. Although we will attempt to go over this in person with you during your scheduled delivery, if we miss you for whatever reason, we are here to answer all of your questions. We do however, expect you to watch the training video before your rental dates, in order to rent our campers so you are camper ready! It’s mandatory.
*Cancellations made for whatever reason, LESS than 30 days before your booking, do NOT get refunded.
*Cancellations made for whatever reason, 30 days BEFORE your booking, we will send you back 20% of the 25% deposit you originally made. We will keep 5% as a cancellation fee. No exceptions.
*If you need to get in touch with us for whatever reason during your stay in one of our campers, you are responsible for finding a location with service. If you reach our voicemail, you must leave a voicemail and text message.
We encourage all of our renters to keep us informed on how their rental experience is going with our camper! It’s very important for us to know your experience is going great! We LOVE when our renters send us pictures of themselves with their significant other, friends and/or family members with our camper so we can post it on our social media account! If you need a camper for less than 7 nights in the summer – you can still rent our campers for less than one week! We would rather you have a camper than not have a camper! However, our rate remains the same due to our business being seasonal and in high demand in the summer. We thank you for your understanding!
Our camper and everything inside the camper, our delivery, setup and pick up service, our personal service that goes along with our business; we provide old school customer service, despite the fact that we text, we also call and keep open communication throughout your booking and before your booking. You’re also paying for the labor that’s involved with this type of unique trade that not everyone has.
Our campers have numerous upgrades which includes newer technology that most newer campers don’t have!
When you rent from us, you don’t just get a camper for your booking, you also gain valuable knowledge on how our campers operate based off our training videos alone!
It takes time and a team to deliver a camper to your destination and both are costly. Your quote includes gas, towing and labor.
I guarantee that either myself or staff will answer your possible call or text within 24 hours. It gives you peace of mind to have peace of mind.
To put it bluntly, it’s a house on wheels being transported to you and then we take the time to set it up for you and explain how it works. We share our home with you, making it yours for the week! This allows your vacation, to be that much better!
There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to owning a camper rental business.
Due to the time, gas, labor, maintenance and work that’s involved; this is a specific trade which requires special skills and it makes us unique and more than qualified to ask for a bump in pay.
If you don’t see your campground below or for further travel destinations such as the five boroughs, upstate NY, Westchester County, Connecticut, New Jersey, etc – our price depends on your exact location, tolls, time and gas.
If you need a camper rental delivery quote for anytime between September-May, a three night rental minimum is required during these months.
